He has been vital in aiding organizations grow their operational footprint in country over this time period with launching 3 projects and starting on the 4th in March of 2018. Peter has provided these services globally opening centers in India, Philippines, LATAM and the US. He has a background of 15 years in the financial services sector with the past 14 years concentrated in the outsourcing business (Voice, BPO, KPO working for providers: SITEL, Accenture, and Teleperformance). Peter has gained a strong understanding of call centers, and operations management. Combined with a focus on efficiency and revenue maximization.

Peter Kenny earned his Master of Business Administration from Boston College and Villanova University. He completed his undergraduate work at the University of Dallas in Irving, Texas. During the early stages of his career, Peter was an entrepreneur in financial services/credit lending sector and later sold his business when he decided to pursue opportunities working for a variety of fortune 100 companies such as Fidelity Investments, JPM Chase, Citibank, and HSBC.
