Throughout his tenure he has worked in the technical areas of the business ranging from mobile to fixed services. Prior to assuming the customer experience role, he was responsible for Services and Support Operations which included the Managed Service Operations contractual arrangement with Ericsson for Field Services. His current role spans all the customer touch points with direct responsibility for all Field Services installations and maintenance activities, while being an advocate of customer service improvement, for the retail and Contact Center activities. Ronni also has responsibility for security operations, motor vehicle fleet management and customer service. He holds a BSc (Hons) in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of the West Indies, St Augustine (Trinidad & Tobago) and an MBA from the Florida International University. Ronnie is also a member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers.
