A well-rounded individual with over 15 years’ experience in the Customer Experience, Employee Development, Training, and Operational aspects supporting but not limited to the GSS industry. What I bring to any organization would be my vast knowledge and understanding of different coaching techniques and practices used to break cultural barriers. These will allow us to maximize each learning area and gaps identified. My key strengths reside in the creation and designing of LM Systems, Quality Assurance CX Experience Strategies, Learning theories, Coaching, and Employee Development. Though still a work in progress I believe I am the product of a diverse background that involves vast knowledge of the MIS Systems and also a solid Operations Management Background. With knowledge of IT Networking in CCNA, Talent Management, Employee Profiling, Business Administration, Six Sigma, Data Mining, and Advanced Learning Development Programs I am ready to meet and exceed all client requirements.
