Outsource2Jamaica: Symposium & Expo
The Business Process Industry Association of Jamaica (BPIAJ) proudly presents the most remarkable conference for Jamaica’s global services sector (GSS). Outsource2Jamaica: Symposium & Expo, the largest conference in Jamaica focused on Business Process Outsourcing/Contact Center, Knowledge Process Outsourcing, Information Technology Enabling Services (ITeS) and other outsourcing segments in Jamaica.
The theme for the 2019 Conference is “Global Services: Transforming Processes, People and Culture” and we expect to promote Jamaica as a burgeoning outsourcing location for global services in the Caribbean region.

[About Sector]
Jamaica’s Global Services Sector at a Glance
Jamaica is the number one outsourcing location in the English-Speaking Caribbean, supporting several US multinational providers, and captives in a sector consisting of 65 firms and over 36,000 employees.
The sector is supported by the highest level of Government, where it is among the prioritized economic group to facilitate the national growth agenda. The hub of the sector is in the western part of the island, but there is a growing cluster of operators in the south eastern end.
The sector is enabled by a very robust telecommunications network, several tertiary institutions providing competitive talent and a healthy mix of incentives under the Special Economic Zone.
Jamaica’s outsourcing industry has seen significant growth in the past five years with Kingston growing rapidly as an outsourcing destination. In fact, Kingston was awarded the Nearshore City of the Year by Nearshore Americas in June 2018. We thought it necessary to highlight the value-added outsourcing services by hosting and showcasing the sector’s growth and prospects through this event. The event will bring together a diverse group of global experts, technocrats, local entrepreneurs, Government officials, BPO leaders, buyers and service providers.
