Ahmad is a Global Customer Experience and Support executive with extensive experience across the big tech landscape. In his roles, he leads organizations in developing strategies that will deliver a delightful end-to- end customer experience. In his most recent role, he served as the Global Head of Community Operations for Snap Inc., where he led the Customer Experience, Community Support, and Application Product Quality teams. Prior to Snap Inc., Ahmad's career journey has included periods at Airbnb, Facebook, Google, and Deloitte and Hitachi Consulting. Ahmad is an inspiring and influential leader who holds an MBA in Finance from Howard University and has completed Management & Leadership Essentials at Harvard Business School. Ahmad is a decorated veteran of the United States Marine Corps. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with family, reading, chess, cycling, and golf. He is a huge fan of Neo-expressionism art, in particular Jean-Michel Basquiat. A native of San Francisco, Ahmad still resides in the Bay Area.
