Barnett Limited is a family owned business and is comprised of several diverse and interesting facets. The primary role of the company is developing the real estate holdings formulated and conceptualized under the master plan of MoBay South, in a responsible and strategic manner. Current projects include The Barnett Tech Park, a 40 acre technology park, home to flagship operations of VistaPrint and 275,000 sq.ft. leased to Conduent (Ja) Ltd and ACCT (Ja) Ltd, pre-Covid we are proud that we had over 10,000 young Jamaicans employed in the Tech Park. We are currently constructing 80,000 sq. ft. of retail and incubator space in the Barnett Business Center to support the Tech Park activities. Simultaneous and adjoining this is the Montego West Village, a 1,200 Residential Community. Other developments include Fairview Shopping Center, Fairfield Commercial, Fairfield Residential, Westgate Hills, Barnett Logistics and Distribution Hub at Northbank and The Springs. Barnett Limited's core services also include a construction, project management, property management and heavy equipment. The Bellefield Great House and Gardens, a sought after venue for Special Events, Local & Overseas Weddings and Private Dinners.
